How we work

From your first call to a running line

Seven clear steps. At each one you know what we do, what we need from you, and what you get, so there are no surprises.

  1. Study & analysis

    What we do
Look at your part, the defects you need to catch, your line, cycle time and PLC.
    What we need from you
Sample parts, good and defective, and a drawing or specification if you have one.
    What you get
An honest view of whether Gorad fits, and how.
  2. Concept & pricing

    What we do
Propose the stations, cameras, lighting, checks and apps, with a transparent price.
    What we need from you
Tell us what matters most: escapes, speed, traceability, reports.
    What you get
A clear proposal you can take to your management.
  3. Hardware & installation

    What we do
Choose cameras, lighting, optics and the industrial PC for your part, and install them with you or your integrator.
    What we need from you
Mounting space, power, network and access to the PLC.
    What you get
A station on your line, ready to learn.
  4. Data & training

    What we do
Collect images on the line, set up rule-based checks, and train AI only where rules are not enough.
    What we need from you
Production parts and defect examples, and someone from quality to confirm what is good and what is not.
    What you get
An inspection program that knows your part.
  5. Deployment

    What we do
Release the signed program to the station, check it on golden samples, and connect it to your PLC.
    What we need from you
Time on the line, and your PLC programmer for the handshake.
    What you get
    The station inspects live parts.
  6. Testing

    What we do
Test on your parts and your PLC, including what happens when a camera, the network or the software fails.
    What we need from you
Agree the acceptance criteria with us, and sign them off.
    What you get
Evidence that it works, and fails safely.
  7. Production & support

    What we do
Hand over, train your operators and engineers, and support you. Updates arrive signed, over the network or by USB.
    What we need from you
Run the line, review rejects, and tell us what you need next.
    What you get
A running station that your team can change.

Let’s look at your line

Tell us what you make and what goes wrong. Step 1 starts with that conversation.
